Silver Statuette of a Roman Centurion

A handmade sterling silver statuette of a Roman Centurion. He is standing on a small textured silver base wearing a traditional tunic, and holding a cartwheel-shaped shield in his left hand.

His right hand is holding a staff with XXIX in relief; at the top are a crown and wings.  A post horn hangs from his sash, and a sword hangs from his belt.  

We made this for a British Army Regiment because the Centurion is their motif.  

The model is 11 1/4 inches high (28.5 cm).
