George II Silver Brandy Warmer - Recently Sold
A superb small George II silver brandy warmer.
It is plain with a round bowl which has a spout on one side. It has the original turned wood handle. Engraved with a small contemporary crest.
Made in 1729 by William Paradise of London.
This was a small saucepan, used for warming brandy or mulling wine. It was also known as a silver brandy saucepan or a silver pipkin.
